Samples

Each day we receive a high volume of sample requests as our product range now consists of over 65,000 products. We only hold stock of the smaller items and have to buy all other samples according to your requests. We have tried to simplify the process as much as possible.

Samples for existing customers

If you are an existing customer, please call us now 01245 382600 or email us with details of the products you are interested in as you will be able to request samples (on loan) using your account no.

Samples on loan with a total face value of between £1.00 + £9.99 are available providing they are returned in good condition within 30 days of receipt. We ask you to complete the bottom of the loan note with your feedback to avoid being charged for these products. Goods not returned within 30 days or not in the same condition that you received them in will be charged at cost plus post & packing as per the loan note.



Any of our products or clothing with a face value of £15.00+ will need to be purchased on a non returnable basis. However, when you go ahead with the order for that item, we will deduct the cost you paid for the sample from your final invoice.

Samples for prospective customers

If you are a new customer, you are now able to order them online to speed up the process which will help to process your requests quickly and efficiently.

Due to the cost of administration/postage and our enormous range of products, sample orders are now supplied on a non-returnable basis and charged at cost depending on the nature of the products. However, if your sample is then used as part of your branded order, we are happy to refund the total cost paid from your final invoice.

Once you have added your required samples to your basket, you can continue online and pay by credit card. Providing we receive your samples order before 12.00 p.m. we will process them that day for a 48 hour delivery (unless they are coming direct from Europe which will take 3-4 working days for delivery).
