Storage and Distribution

This solution is ideal for large Contracts or Tendered business. We are able to purchase products as per the contract agreement and then store these items at one location for Organisations to order them on an 'as and when required' basis.


Account Management by Director

For the duration of the Contract you will have a designated Account Manager who will ensure the contract is set up correctly, the pre-production samples are to your satisfaction and the storage and delivery arrangements are agreed. You will also have a designated Order Processing Administrator who will manage & despatch your 'call-off’s' on a day to day basis.


Corporately Branded Ordering System

We will also create your own Customer login section of our Website with your logo and Corporate colours. This is all part of our Service agreement with yourselves. This stock management system is already working very well for many of our Large Customers. We will give training to the key people who will you using this site although the site is very user friendly. We offer additional training as an initial 'roll out' training programme to all your users to ensure we can 'hit the ground running'.


Secure Storage

Once all of the promotional materials have been printed they will be delivered to our Storage facility where we will hold them until you require them The initial batches will be despatched as per Contract details with the remaining amounts stored securely.


Online Ordering & Stock Management

Once the Contract is confirmed, we will set you up your own Customer login to our Website for all your users to be able to access. We will then add your products with graphics to the Stock Management System. This will allow any authorised users to call off stock immediately. Your designated Order processing Administrator will update your Customer Website daily with changes to stock and keep levels up to date. This enables you to check the Website whenever you wish to check current stock levels and recent 'call offs'. Each time an order is called off, you will receive an email to give you details of who ordered what and where it was sent to together with the cost of delivery.

Distribution & delivery options

Depending on the nature of our agreement, you can either call off large batch orders or small individual products via our online ordering & stock management system which will be distributed to any UK address within 24 hours of notification. We can in extreme cases deliver the same day if needed. Further details are available for exporting products or shipping products overseas
